3 Well, taxes went up so we can improve our society even more. So why is it that my wallet is lighter, but things haven't gotten any better? -- Submitted By: (Robert) on May 11, 2009, 2:14 pm - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
4 Taxes are a necessary evil. Of course you have to pay them for public roads, parks, and certain programs. What burns me up is that the government keeps wanting to tax more, and more, and more. What's up with the estate, or death tax? You pay taxes when you earn the money, then you die and leave it to a family member, so you have to pay again? Honestly, if the government could figure out a way to tax you every time you flush the toilet they would. The more you tax something, the less you get of it. -- Submitted By: (JoeBagODonuts) on May 5, 2009, 5:45 pm - (1 votes) - Login to Vote
