The Rolling Stones boned the fish back in the 70's when Keith Richards died. Yes, he's still with the group. That's only because nobody has had the heart to tell him he died. Mick still intends to have the talk with Keith. "Keef, man, you died of an OD in 1974." -- Submitted By: (fcabanski) on May 3, 2013, 4:17 am - (0 votes)

i was kinda hoping they would've included stereo versions of 'Last Time' 'Satisfaction' and 'Get Off My Cloud' (and others prev. only available in mono).. Not the case. I myself say GRRR -- Submitted By: (stryker73) on November 15, 2012, 10:23 am - (1 votes)

They have issued yet another greatest hits package. I've seen the track listing. There are some glaring omisions and many of the tracks are in their shorter single edits. Won't be giving up my Hot Rocks sets just yet. -- Submitted By: (JayD) on November 12, 2012, 10:14 pm - (1 votes)

The song "She Was Hot" off "Undercover" was a good one they did after "Start Me Up". Unfortunately, "Undercover of The Night" was a much bigger hit off that same album. Someone high up must have been on the sauce. "She Was Hot" was a MUCH better song! -- Submitted By: (ParkerTillman) on July 24, 2012, 4:21 pm - (2 votes)

It's damn near impossible finding stereo versions of some of their older songs, like 'the last time'. I have all the mono versions, i'd like to have the stereo mix as well.. why is that so hard to do, Abcko? -- Submitted By: (stryker73) on July 23, 2012, 7:57 pm - (1 votes)

Every ten years or so, they change labels which means their catalogue gets re-issued and remastered again and again, which means fans have to buy their albums again and again. -- Submitted By: (JayD) on July 11, 2012, 7:37 pm - (0 votes)

Maybe they're planning on sticking around till 2012, celebrate with a 50th(!) anniversary tour, and then call it a day -- Submitted By: () on November 2, 2011, 11:21 am - (1 votes)

I remember when someone appear to give a damn, but after so many decades of sub standard material it's a pleasure to hear them play their classics. They are a nostalgia act these days for sure. But I'm not sure if that's such a bad thing or that I even care anyway. -- Submitted By: (lrbloom) on July 4, 2011, 2:18 am - (1 votes)

When did the Stones bone? Put it this way: A tree planted on that day would be 200 feet tall today. But I do agree with CharlesKim that Keith is boneproof. (His autobiography, which was published last October, is hugely entertaining.) -- Submitted By: (Soggy9000) on May 8, 2011, 9:23 pm - (1 votes)

I remember "Love is Strong" in the early 90's where in the video they're giants walking around the city. But yeah, "Start Me Up" was their last truly great hit. They could change their name to "Dead Men Walking" If the Beatles were able to stay together it would have been something similar. Known for their earlier stuff and just put out mediocre albums and tour to make more money since they can. -- Submitted By: (JamesO) on May 26, 2010, 12:01 pm - (1 votes)

Haha, you're the one who said "old and ugly" CharlesKim, not me. LOL
But seriously, when people think of the Stones they think of songs recorded up to "Start Me Up" in '81. Songs recorded after that, not so much. -- Submitted By: (DolFan316) on May 3, 2010, 2:31 am - (1 votes)

DolFan, what do people being born in 1986 have to do with what I said? I had said that my aunt and uncle went to one of their concerts then and that it was a sing-along. -- Submitted By: (MCS) on April 25, 2010, 9:21 pm - (1 votes)

The previous post should read "DolFan316 is nothing but a complete bone head." You are so clever to notice that K Richards is old and ugly. You should live so long or look so good. -- Submitted By: (CharlesKim) on April 15, 2010, 11:52 pm - (-1 votes)

The previous post should read "Keith Richards is nothing but a bag of bones". LOL
And MCS, 1986??? You do realize that people born then are 23-24 and have likely graduated or are about to graduate college now, right? That doesn't exactly prove the Stones' relevance today. -- Submitted By: (DolFan316) on April 14, 2010, 11:11 pm - (0 votes)

The Rolling Stones have been past their prime for years. My aunt and uncle went to one of their concerts in 1986 and it was a sing along back then. -- Submitted By: (MCS) on February 15, 2010, 3:19 pm - (1 votes)
