The Peter Frampton episode for sure. Anyone remember if they made him cut his hair for the show? -- Submitted By: (John63btf) on December 9, 2011, 9:14 am - (3 votes)

Had the real 214th Sqdn shot down as many Japanese planes as the TV version, Tojo would have run out of Zeroes by the end of 1943 or so. I enjoyed the show, being the military nut that I am, but I never lost sight of how preposterous the stories were. -- Submitted By: (Soggy9000) on May 8, 2011, 6:45 pm - (3 votes)

I like the fact that all of the women from the 40s have 1970s Farrah Faucet hairdos! I did not notice at the time, because that was normal, but now I find it amusing. -- Submitted By: (Qsh) on December 6, 2009, 7:59 pm - (4 votes)

Maybe changing the name of a series already in production ("Baa Baa Black Sheep" to "Black Sheep Squadron"), or maybe just having Robert Conrad in it shot this program down. -- Submitted By: (GregEichelberger) on July 15, 2009, 12:02 am - (-2 votes)
