Music Groups - Moody Blues, The
The true "Kings of Classic Rock", this English band got its start in the early 60's as an R&B act. In 1966, after some personnel changes, they switched gears to a more artsy/hippy/progressive sound and VOILA....massive success. They sold out stadiums everywhere, traveled in lear jets and hung out with Timothy Leary. To date, these truly talented gentlemen are still touring 10 months out of the year and entertaining crowds of all ages. They even recently scored a VISA commercial with the ever-popular "Tuesday Afternoon" playing in the background.

If fans had a say about who gets inducted into the rock hall of fame, they would have been inducted in their first year of eligibility, yet the powers that be continue to snub them.
