James Adam "Jim" Belushi (born June 15, 1954) is an American actor, comedian and musician. After his elder brother John Belushi's death, he appeared on Saturday Night Live from 1983 to 1985. He had a leading role in the long-running sitcom According to Jim.

How did he cash in on his brother's fame? He was a Second City alumnus with a number of TV appearances and a couple of movies under his belt at the time of John's death. Was it his fault that he continued to be offered TV and movie roles? What was he supposed to do? "Hey, thanks for these nice offers but I'm going to get out of the acting business altogether - maybe become a plumber or a cabbie - so nobody will think I'm trying to ride my dead brother's coattails."
