Cap'n Crunch boned with the proliferation of flavors, each more nutritionally vacuous than the last. And the ads started to go downhill with the replacement (due to his death) of Daws Butler as the voice of the Cap'n. This a good one when i was a little girl but i too afraid to try it as an adult cause it take the roof of your mouth off. I dont know why but i just remember that it painful to eat a bowl of this. I call this one Cap\'n roof of your mouth remover.
