Movie Series - Sandlot Series, The
The Sandlot is a 1993 Comedy-Drama sports film about young baseball players in 1962 Los Angeles. Two direct to video sequels were produced, The Sandlot 2 (2005) in which a new Sandlot gang, complete with girls, is featured, and The Sandlot: Heading Home (2007) starring Luke Perry who gets knocked back to 1976 from 2007 and relives his childhood.

The original Sandlot was a classic. I don't remember it being all that popular at the time (I don't even remember it coming out in theaters) but all of my friends watched it and I can walk into any room nowadays with people near my age and say, "You're killin' me, Smalls!" or "FOREVER!" and they know what I'm talking about.
