I accidentally visited this site misunderstanding the advice of a friend. What a dump. It's a train wreck and a desert. -- Submitted By: (Robert) on August 21, 2013, 3:04 pm - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
I also see the whole thing pissed off some people... wow, Myspace pissed off all of what?!? The 4 or 5 people that somehow still use Myspace?!? -- Submitted By: (PYLrulz) on June 18, 2013, 1:15 am - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
All things considered, it's probably good for them they start anew with something. No way they were ever coming back as a social networking site -- Submitted By: (PYLrulz) on June 18, 2013, 1:08 am - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
I just heard that Myspace relaunched itself as a social music site, and as a result, deleted all of their old users' profiles and blogs. -- Submitted By: (cartooner) on June 14, 2013, 6:23 pm - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
Facebook is SO OVERRATED. Like seriously. All they did was rip off Myspace and tbh Myspace had more/better features. For example, you could put songs on your page. Myspace also had tons of different backgrounds u could use that didn't look lame, boring and generic. FB has little options and also FORCED all it's users to comform to that stupid "Timeline" shit. I don't want my page to be a summary of my life. But the good news is, ppl will eventually abandon FB just like they did to Myspace when something newer comes along. -- Submitted By: (Icemouth) on December 1, 2012, 2:07 pm - (4 votes) - Login to Vote
Here's one nobody picked, and fewer probably remember, but it boned when it was BOUGHT by a social network. When Napster was in its hey day, I used myspace.com to store my downloaded mp3s. They provided up to 300 Meg of online file storage for free, per account (I had two). This came in handy when I wanted to move my mp3s off my friend's computer and onto my own (back in 2000). I'm sure other sites do this now, and there's better ways to transfer files between computers, but myspace.com was the best one at that time. When they closed I was disappointed. Later the domain was sold and they became this mega social network I never used, as I was eventually invited to join facebook. So for me they boned when they stopped providing a service I could use. -- Submitted By: (ParkerTillman) on July 31, 2012, 4:01 pm - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
I try to use it sometimes but nothing works. Everytime I try to edit anything on My Profile it just sits there and spins its wheels. No wonder everyone went to Facebook -- Submitted By: (lrbloom) on August 9, 2011, 6:19 am - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
I just posted something about myspace a few days ago and now this happened, spooky. NewsCorp sells myspace: http://online.wsj.com/article/SB10001424052702304584004576415932273770852.html -- Submitted By: (SSM) on June 30, 2011, 3:12 pm - (0 votes) - Login to Vote

Wait a minute--there's still someone out there who actually uses MySpace??? :-o (This is coming from someone who never has used any social media other than a message board. I just don't see the point.) -- Submitted By: (DolFan316) on December 17, 2010, 9:34 pm - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
How do I hate MySpace? Let me count the ways. I hate the stupid adds for cellphones and rubbers assorted other shit that I don't want or need. I hate the way it moves like a snail whne you click on something and the way it always crashes when a friend of yours wants to hera your bandor vice versa and nothing works right. There was a time when this was a great way to check out potential bandmates but not anymore it's more like the abandoned trainwreck of the internet. -- Submitted By: (lrbloom) on December 17, 2010, 7:01 pm - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
I've heard of this website described as the "abandoned amusement park of the internet"- couldnt agree more! -- Submitted By: (Chubby Rain) on November 29, 2010, 8:43 am - (1 votes) - Login to Vote
I HATE the new look of MySpace!! Need I say more? -- Submitted By: (MacFan95) on November 28, 2010, 7:46 pm - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
Too many lame imitators - I agree that maybe Facebook will die someday - I doubt it though. I think My Space is still better since it allows you to post you own music. -- Submitted By: (lrbloom) on November 28, 2010, 9:17 am - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
Oh, if only Facebook would die!!! It's one of my biggest wishes right now. -- Submitted By: (DolFan316) on October 18, 2010, 6:05 pm - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
What has happened to Myspace will happen to Facebook and every site of the genre to come. It's naturally what happens to fads. -- Submitted By: (octogirlpretty) on October 18, 2010, 3:21 pm - (2 votes) - Login to Vote
I've been reading about what a debacle this has been for Rupert Murdoch and his Newscorp company recently, what an amazing flop, and highlights the risk of trying to cash in on youth oriented tech trends. Facebook eliminated this in one fell swoop- who would even want to buy this website now, and does anyone even use it anymore? Boned hard. -- Submitted By: (Chubby Rain) on February 19, 2010, 11:18 am - (1 votes) - Login to Vote
