The generally, apathetic employees of physicians who make appointments, take your payments and/or insurance info and never return your phone calls and when you do call, put you on hold for an indefinite period of time. Apparently, along with apathy, these people had special training in overall rudeness and condescension.

Ewwww! I LOATHE having to deal with these people! Now, I will admit; there are a FEW kind and professional people who work for doctors, but it's rare. And yes, I'm sure doctors aren't the easiest employers in the world, either but still. Show some customer service and compassion! The reasons people go to a doctor is because they are ill.
