Love your comment, Soggy. While Republicans whine about religion, family values and tax cuts, the Democrats whine about gay rights, the poor and taxing for government programs. In the end, both screw up our country and we're the ones cleaning up the mess. -- Submitted By: (kingbk) on April 17, 2011, 7:17 pm - (1 votes)

Democrats and Republicans: two sides of the same filthy coin. It's all about protecting an elite and controlling the rest of us. The only difference between the two parties is the identity of the elite, and the names of those they employ to serve them. Neither party has a monopoly on dishonesty or hypocrisy or greed or ignorance or terrible ideas. Those of you who insist otherwise need to remove that ideological ball and chain from your leg, take off the denial-colored glasses, and see the real world. -- Submitted By: (Soggy9000) on April 17, 2011, 4:31 pm - (0 votes)

Democrats today are ignorant losers who just want to be in power to tell us how the republicans fucked up the country. Instead of actually, you know, doing anything to help fix the country. -- Submitted By: (Mr.Zimpy) on January 2, 2011, 5:37 pm - (2 votes)

True, but lately, whenvever the Reps screw up, the Dems just seem to top that, and then the Reps continue to top that.
Yeah, if the "Farmer" is booted out, the "Pigs" could make things worse, but it looks to me as if the "Farmer" is not doing a good job himself -- Submitted By: (PYLrulz) on February 18, 2010, 2:35 pm - (0 votes)

Doh! Let me rephrase that: Better the devils you know than the devils you don't isn't necessarily true. But, if you kick out Farmer Jones, the pigs could take over, and they might make things worse. -- Submitted By: (Robert) on February 18, 2010, 11:32 am - (0 votes)

Both sides refuse to even look at the other side to better America. It's noble to suggest a third party, but the problem is that it too will be split in two sides who vehemently oppose each other. I also notice how the anti-Iraq war movement has become strangely silent since Obama took over, despite his sending more troops. -- Submitted By: (Robert) on February 15, 2010, 1:46 pm - (0 votes)

Brian, none of the big two give a damn about the people for the longest time. Short of some philosophical and ideological differences, they are both the same damn thing. -- Submitted By: (PYLrulz) on January 16, 2010, 8:38 am - (0 votes)

The Democrat Party used to be center-left. It was hijacked in 1968 by socialist radicals and it hasn't given a damn about middle class America since. -- Submitted By: (BrianBuck) on January 15, 2010, 8:29 pm - (0 votes)

Marcus, it's funny, you are proving a lot of these people's theories correct with comments like that. -- Submitted By: (MCS) on December 31, 2009, 1:48 pm - (0 votes)

Robert, I think I summed it up when I said "Both parties blame everything on each other." Regardless, you are right when you say United we stand, divided we fall. -- Submitted By: (MCS) on December 19, 2009, 9:30 pm - (0 votes)

America would be so much better off if extremist politicians (on BOTH sides, mind you) would just learn to put aside their blind, unfounded hatred and respectfully accept the views and actions of the other party. This, in my view, is what is wrong with politics; there's just too much oneupmanship and "my way or the highway" attitudes involved. -- Submitted By: (ScottyB) on December 19, 2009, 2:42 pm - (1 votes)

If both parties blame everything on each other, you've just disproven your accusation that "Whoever says that Democrats blame everything on the Republicans has been in a cave with their fingers in their ears and a blindfold." You should have said, "Whoever says that Democrats blame everything on the Republicans should realize that Republicans also blame everything on the Democrats, too." And another of my thoughts...united we stand, divided we fall. The two need to start working together or America will fail. -- Submitted By: (Robert) on December 19, 2009, 9:31 am - (0 votes)

How is one party more biased than the other? Again, something both parties are guilty of. -- Submitted By: (MCS) on September 26, 2009, 4:53 pm - (0 votes)

Slavery? Now? No way. What's funny is how Whoopi Goldberg worried that putting Republican McCain in the white house would bring back slavery when most of the people who fought to keep it legal in the 1800s were DEMOCRATS. -- Submitted By: (Robert) on September 26, 2009, 8:51 am - (1 votes)

Pro-slavery? What century does this person live in? Yes, they were, but in case you haven't noticed neither party is now, and has not been for many years. As far as intolerance, the Republicans are just as guilty. Seems to me that we need a third party as both have gotten a bit out of hand. -- Submitted By: (MCS) on September 25, 2009, 8:15 pm - (-1 votes)
