Fred Figglehorn is a fictional character who is the primary subject of a channel on the video-sharing website YouTube. The videos are centered around a fictional 6-year-old, Fred Figglehorn, who has a dysfunctional home life and "anger management issues". The character of Fred is portrayed by Lucas Cruikshank, a teenager from Columbus, Nebraska.

I bet the voice is from playing it at 1.5x speed. If so, that is really stooping low for humour and entertainment these days. SO ANNOYING. Anybody can fill their lungs with helium and speak the same way Fred does, what the hell makes him so special?!?!? I watched a few Fred videos on the recommendation af a friend, and WOW, it is crap, plain and simple. What he says.....just isn't funny. I replayed the video twice, and literally NOTHING he said or did made me laugh, chuckle, or even smile.
