Jacko was guilty. The jury got too caught up in the celebrity power and potential money/book deals to make the right decision. Even if the accusers were a bit flaky, the evidence was there to convict him. -- Submitted By: () on June 23, 2012, 12:35 pm - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
Reading about Jerry Sandusky and his boy-grooming tactics reminded me a lot of Michael Jackson. That case has really started to sway me to the "Michael did it" camp. -- Submitted By: (Travoltron) on June 23, 2012, 2:38 am - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
Musically Michael boned after Thriller, because he expected every album after it to do the same phenomenal sales, which was never going to happen. He ended up repeating himself again and again. As far as boning personally, there's just too mucch to choose from... -- Submitted By: (John63btf) on November 20, 2011, 12:10 pm - (1 votes) - Login to Vote
Micheal Jackson is currently on a Concert Tour with Elvis Presley. Billy Mays is the Publicity Director. Dale Earnheart Sr. is the Limo Driver. I hear the Music is TO DIE FOR!!! (Rimshot!) -- Submitted By: (Regulus) on August 19, 2011, 4:23 am - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
I loved Michael Jackson's music. Ask any of my friends. Off the Wall and Thriller are two of the best albums in music history. Bad is pretty good, but it sounds very dated in comparison. Dangerous has some hits and some misses. I personally find Michael's abusive childhood and always being in front of millions to be the downfall of him. His Dad was a tyrant who hit the kids and had multiple affairs on the road. His brothers also were known for their sexual escapades on the road. How is a five-year-old suppose to grow up as a normal person in that kind of environment? Michael was a tortured human being with enormous mental issues and a musical genius with loads of God-given talent. Does that excuse his strange, bizarre behavior? No. His interactions with children were borderline inappropriate. His innocent, immature act was a bit over the top (listen to his much more masculine voice during rehearsals on "This is It"), but at the same time, I think Michael genuinely wanted to be a good guy. He wanted to make a change in the world. I just think he didn't know how to do it and was incapable of doing it with his mental issues. I think the beginning of the end (or the boning moment) for MJ was 1987. The effects of plastic surgery were beginning to show. Bad was a good album, but it just didn't have the same awe that Thriller or even Off the Wall had. Things just slowly started to go downhill for MJ at this point, his behavior getting stranger and stranger and his music, while still great, not the same as it used to be. I find Hollywood's tributes to him both necessary and hypocritical. He's a legend who needs to be remembered, but how many were there to help him out when he was at his strangest? I think with time people will remember him for his music and not his problems. The same thing happened with Elvis. I wish MJ was still moonwalking and cutting great albums, but with all the pain he was going through, maybe it's better he's not anymore. -- Submitted By: (kingbk) on August 15, 2011, 4:55 pm - (3 votes) - Login to Vote
As an artist=Never, the movie "This is It" showed he still had it (and would have had it if still alive). As a person=Probably Neverland, that was where he started losing his normalcy. -- Submitted By: (johnnydough) on May 4, 2010, 5:28 pm - (0 votes) - Login to Vote

Never cared much for Michael, although the Jackson Five were OK and he did some decent solo work early on. But what turned indifference to dislike was when he just wouldn't stop with the plastic surgery. I mean, he disfigured himself. He literally destroyed his face. It reached a point where I couldn't see a picture of the guy without being repulsed. Didn't pay much attention to the other eccentricities, and I thought he was insane long before the child molestation thing. It was the increasingly distorted and cartoonish state of Michael's face that told me there was something seriously wrong with this guy. -- Submitted By: (AndyC) on August 9, 2009, 5:53 am - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
In retrospect, Pepsi setting his hair on fire was probably his downfall. But the accident was downplayed in the media and has only recently become public the damage it did to him. His talents let people overlook his eccentricities. OK, he hangs out with chimps. Rumors that he's gay, whatever. His weirdness became part of his charm. He hangs out with young boys? Well, he lost his childhood we were told it kind of made sense. But after the child molestation charges, everything changed. His eccentricities suddenly took a sinister tone. Were the rides at Neverland really for Michael, or were they just a tool to seduce young boys? I could never look at him the same way again. It's entirely possible he was innocent, but it seems equally possible he was guilty, too. Dying really was the best thing he could do for his image. If he had gone through with that concert, it would have been a disaster and he would have been a laughging stock. Instead, he was able to just barely made it into the "died too young" pop-rock icon club and become a legend. -- Submitted By: (Travoltron) on July 18, 2009, 2:39 pm - (1 votes) - Login to Vote
Michael started boning regularly in the 90's and actually started hanging out with Mrs. Paul and the Gordon Fisherman due to his huge fish consumption. Just like Elvis before him, Michael's death was the best thing for his career. We didn't have to see a 70 year old Elvis and thank god we didn't have to see an old Michael either. -- Submitted By: (JoeBagODonuts) on July 14, 2009, 7:32 pm - (0 votes) - Login to Vote

Right now MJ is some type of world savior. How easily people forget not to long ago he was hanging children over a balcony and sleeping with children. -- Submitted By: (Hikariu) on July 1, 2009, 9:30 am - (1 votes) - Login to Vote
He boned probably around the early-to-mid 90's (When the first child molestation rumors began floating around). I must admit, Mr. Jackson made some great music and achievements over the course of his life, (I am a fan of his music myself) but when the Child Molestation and such happened (Like when he held his own child over the balcony), he started to seem like some kind of weirdo, (Even though most of this has never been proven) and it just got worse over the course of the 2000's. But I will miss his music, movies and legacy and all his hard work. RIP Michael Jackson. -- Submitted By: (Johnny_T._Bird) on June 29, 2009, 2:12 pm - (0 votes) - Login to Vote

It seems fitting that I first got news of his death via a pop-up ad while surfing onto a fanfiction site but I have to admit that I was sadder than expected when I heard it. I couldn't help but think of all the talent and potential wasted on the fallout from his childhood and adulthood demons + paranoia- and I shuddered to think what are to become of those kids he claimed were biologically his. No matter how one slices it, they're in limbo! Yeah, all that weird stuff had LONG since creeped me out too much not to get squicked listening to his music but after his death, I couldn't help but wonder how much better it would have been had he retired immediately after 'Thriller' and went somewhere TOTALLY by himself to positively deal with his demons instead of surrounding himself with sycophants, blowing several kings' ransoms, mutilating his appearance and having rather questionable dealings with small children. I also couldn't help but think that the confident, eager, witty 11-year-old child who first burst to fame would have absolutely ran the other way had he met his adult self! Lastly, I hope that those who brought forth the accusations are getting major emotional support instead of persecution during this time as I believe they were badly exploited by both their own families who sought him out to reap fortunes and (even under the best case scenario of him not crossing the line to molestation) by Michael Jackson who, at best had them live like jet-set potentates for being in his company for months on end then sent them back to obscurity and comparitive material poverty when he was finished with them. Oh, would anyone else like to know who would spot for a $100 thousand/month rental house that looked like a resort hotel to someone ALREADY $400 million in debt? Hello, he'd signed contracts like postcards for quite sometime! -- Submitted By: (Pelirojo) on June 28, 2009, 11:50 am - (0 votes) - Login to Vote

I'm glad ChubbyRain said what he did so I wouldn't have to. I'm *already* sick of the MJ lovefest, and it hasn't even been a week! But unfortunately for those of us who never thought he was God's gift to humanity, his death (like Elvis's) is going to wind up "convincing" everyone he was this megastar all along, and pretty soon there will be legions of MJ imitators, MJ songs in almost every ad (if not MJ himself thanks to CG), the MJ postage stamp, a parade of posthumous MJ albums that might be more than he produced when alive, etc. -- Submitted By: (DolFan316) on June 27, 2009, 6:39 pm - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
Ive viewed this guy as a pedophile and a con artist for the last 20 years, raping kids, paying people and rigging cases to get out of it... and then just using that wealth illusion to keep ringing up more and more bills and not paying for it, I call it a wealth illusion because even though he made alot of $$$ I just saw he died at least 410 million in debt. What a jerk, I also heard that he stiffed the attorneys that helped him et out of his last child molestation charges, poetic justice... But anyway, the MJ brand will actually do better now that he is dead and people can focus on that Jackson 5- thriller era and control his image like the ELVIS brand does. I really dont like MJ, and that fake "Look Im hetero" kiss with Lisa Marie was still one of the most singular BTF moments of all time. Michael we wont miss you. -- Submitted By: (Chubby Rain) on June 26, 2009, 3:31 am - (2 votes) - Login to Vote
Dying is actually the best career move Michael Jackson could've made. He might have reassembled the bones of the fish and then put the scales back on. -- Submitted By: (DolFan316) on June 26, 2009, 1:23 am - (1 votes) - Login to Vote
