TV Shows - Cattanooga Cats
Cattanooga Cats is a Hanna-Barbera cartoon which debuted in 1969. In addition to the title characters, the Cattanooga Cats (which is a band similar to the Banana Splits and the Archies, only comprised of felines), other segments were Around the World in 79 Days, based on the Jules Verne novel Around the World in 80 Days. It starred the son of Phileas Fogg, Phinny Fogg, and his friends as they compete with the villainous Crumden for the world record and a $1 million prize. It's the Wolf! was about a wolf named Mildew and his efforts to catch and eat a lamb named Lambsy, but was caught and foiled by the sheepdog Bristle Hound. Motormouse and Autocat are a motorcycle-driving mouse and a racecar-driving cat. The latter would devise plans and drive different cars in several (failed) attempts to catch the former.
