Ocean's Eleven is a 2001 remake of the 1960 Rat Pack caper film of the same name. The 2001 film was directed by Steven Soderbergh and features an ensemble cast. The film was generally considered to be a success at the box office and with critics. Soderbergh directed two sequels, Ocean's Twelve in 2004 and Ocean's Thirteen in 2007. George Clooney stated in November 2007 that there will not be any additional sequels.

I saw Oceans 11, I did not bother with 12 or 13. The previews didn't look so hot. 11 was just OK. -- Submitted By: (fletch000) on February 8, 2010, 1:19 am - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
The original, well, the remake I guess I should say, of the original Sinatra movie, I find in many ways to be a lot better. I like that they actually get away with it, I like the ensemble cast, and I think the movie's very, very well done. The problem is that they thought they could keep that momentum and fluidity and they couldn't. 12 was extremely incoherent with everyone babbling and talking over each other and terrible cinematography as well as an extremely forced twist ending. 13 had too wide of a focus and terrible, terrible sub-plots. Also, they both made terrible use of their talented supporting cast like Bernie Mac and Don Cheadle. What a waste. -- Submitted By: (SamuraiPanda201) on July 23, 2009, 10:04 am - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
What I really hated about 12 besides the fact that it was even made was how it seems the writer just ended the movie with that twist with the Matt Damon character and came back to write the "how they really did it" part at the 11th hour. It was just so convoluted and stupid I could practically hear my eyes roll. -- Submitted By: (Xenoltih) on July 19, 2009, 5:03 pm - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
Twelve. It took itself too serious and in-jokes are only good if you know the reasons behind them. 11 was great and 13 was a decent redemption for the tripe they put out in 12. -- Submitted By: (Jon_Dohnson) on May 25, 2009, 11:56 am - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
