William Shatner Comments (You must Login to Comment)

I like Shatner. He probably did take himself too seriously in the '60s and thus annoyed his castmates, but he's obviously changed. I didn't care for those David E. Kelley shows he did either, but he won more awards for those shows than anything else he's ever done. As long as he's in good health, I hope to see him on TV for many more years. -- Submitted By: (Travoltron) on February 23, 2013, 3:11 pm - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
I totally agree with AndyC. Don't be disrespecting His Royal Shatness; by refusing to take himself seriously, he has rendered himself as boneproof as a guy can be. -- Submitted By: (Soggy9000) on April 23, 2011, 1:21 pm - (2 votes) - Login to Vote

Shatner is as entertaining as ever, particularly since he embraced his hammy reputation and started making fun of himself. The guy can get laughs and applause just by appearing in something. He's become both a pop-culture icon and a parody of one. Never boned. -- Submitted By: (AndyC) on October 10, 2009, 11:50 am - (3 votes) - Login to Vote
He needs to retire. He had talent but is too far past his prime. The Priceline commercials are a good example. Leonard Nimoy is a class act in this regard. -- Submitted By: (MCS) on May 27, 2009, 9:51 pm - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
