Whenever I hear "So-and-so is gonna die!", they're usually back to life by the next episode/issue. Kinda like Kenny. Remember when they said Superman was dead/dying/terminally ill/etc.? He was fine in the end. -- Submitted By: (Robert) on January 12, 2013, 3:28 pm - (0 votes)

ultimately the issue is that these corporate characters enver have an "end" to the story- Wolverine has been the plucky outsider for 35 years now, Peter Parker is a teen, married, then a teen again. It's like the story of Hagar the Horrible, he makes you laugh in the papers each week, and it' status quo for 60 years. Go read indy comics or Manga, it's for the adult that enjoys real stories, not Marvel's shcok and CHANGE OF THE WEEK to drive sales into their corporate coffers. -- Submitted By: (Chubby Rain) on January 7, 2013, 9:13 pm - (0 votes)

"This change is permanent! Peter Parker is dead!!" I don't understand why the comic companies lie like this. Anyone that has ever read comics knows this game by now. Like they're really going to leave some creepy old dude as Spider-Man. -- Submitted By: (Travoltron) on January 7, 2013, 12:40 pm - (0 votes)

Marvel has jut become trash hype- from MARVEL NOW! to Spidey dying and being taken over by Doc Ock in spidey #700, Marvel is a joke if you actually enjoy well written comics! -- Submitted By: (Chubby Rain) on January 5, 2013, 8:35 pm - (0 votes)
