TV Shows - Uncle Buck (TV Series)

Based on the 1989 movie of the same name, Uncle Buck premiered in 1990 on CBS. In the movie, Buck's brother Bob and his wife Cindy must visit her father in the hospital after he suffers a heart attack, so Bob calls Buck to watch their children Mia, Miles, and Maizy. In the TV series, Bob and Cindy are killed in a car accident, and Buck becomes the children's legal guardian. Kevin Meaney replaces John Candy as Buck. The series only lasted for 6 months until it was cancelled.
