Okay, so the ratings on this crappy show continue to be high, but this show has gotten worse and worse with each season. With the half man(sort of speak) thinking about leaving next year, are they still going to call it Two and a Half Men? Or will they shorten it to Two Men? Or maybe they will pull a Cousin Oliver and bring in another kid. Either way, this train wreck of a show needs to end right away. I am pretty sure that if it didn't follow the Big Bang Theory, it would have gone off the air by now. -- Submitted By: (JayD) on May 1, 2013, 6:50 pm - (1 votes)

Why oh why won't CBS just finally put this dying dog to rest? It's never been that funny, but it's really not funny anymore. Two main characters are gone after this season and it's just showing it's age. Does Jon Cryer need a pay check that badly? -- Submitted By: (kingbk) on April 29, 2013, 12:15 pm - (3 votes)

Angus T. Jones, who plays the kid/young adult, has announced that he is leaving the show, at least as a regular. -- Submitted By: (cartooner) on April 27, 2013, 4:50 pm - (1 votes)

What frustrates me is the crappy schedules CBS gives its better shows, and gives THIS one a great time slot on Thursday, and the audience shares (ratings)for said shows suffer a little as a result -- Submitted By: (stryker73) on February 12, 2013, 8:05 pm - (2 votes)

I wish it didn't take radical religious beliefs for the kid to realize the show is garbage. -- Submitted By: (kingbk) on February 4, 2013, 4:50 pm - (2 votes)

Angus \"The 1/2 Man\" Jones had this to say about his show, \"Please stop watching it. Please stop filling your head with filth.\" Can\'t disagree with him and applaud his courage(?) to say it, but it just reinforces what I said before about this kid never finding work in Hollywood again after 2 1/2 Men ends. He seems to be following in the Kirk Cameron career path. -- Submitted By: (Travoltron) on November 26, 2012, 8:42 pm - (1 votes)

Season Six JUMPED THE SHARK.
The writing just went to crap, and the show lost all chemistry among the characters as they went from dysfunctional to one-dimensional.
Jake went from a slacker to an idiot, Alan went from a loser to a whiner, Charlie became a plain bully, and Evelyn actually cared about someone other than herself.
Maybe this is why Charlie Sheen got in a fight with Chuck Lorre over the series, but it's a noticeable shift.
This might have happened around Season 5, with the "Teddy Leopold" arc; Charlie was having a breakdown over Mia getting married, and then suddenly he's proposing marriage to Courtney/Jenny McCarthy.
In any event, Season Six was where it jumped. -- Submitted By: (SarahGoodwich) on September 9, 2012, 5:59 pm - (3 votes)

The show was never great, but with Charlie Sheen it was watchable. Now that they've added Ashton Kutcher, the show is a complete trainwreck. Jake is hardly on the show now and for a while I thought Chuck E. Cheese Lorre killed him off as well. When he is on he's stoned out of his mind. Ashton Moore isn't funny and neither is his British girlfriend. I've heard that Ashton now makes more $$$ than Jon Cryer per episode. Poor 'Alan' can never catch a break, even in real life. -- Submitted By: (Justintime) on May 15, 2012, 2:22 pm - (3 votes)

It's become the Kutcher & Cryer show.. it seems the other "1/2" only makes brief cameos nowadays..nothing like it was during the early seasons.. i guess as long as CBS & Chuck Lorre are making millions off this show, they don't care how bad it gets -- Submitted By: () on February 20, 2012, 9:31 am - (4 votes)

If you think about it, this show is like the male version of the Golden Girls. Charlie is Blanche, the promiscuous one and both were the homeowners, Alan is Dorothy, probably the smart one, both divorced and usually the ones most receiving ridicule. Jake is Rose, the dumb one and Berta is Sophia, blunt and never sugarcoating what they think. The humor reminded me lot of the Golden Girls. I guess 2.5 men w/ Kutcher is now like Golden Palace. -- Submitted By: (JamesO) on January 24, 2012, 9:46 am - (5 votes)

Also, I find Ashton Kutcher to be one of the most annoying actors in Hollywood today. I couldn't stand him on That 70's Show, couldn't stand his stupid Punked show, and I don't like this show, so though I don't watch it, I'm sure I wouldn't stand him in it as well. -- Submitted By: (kingbk) on October 7, 2011, 7:13 pm - (7 votes)

JP, Emilio now does work behind the camera like directing and producing. He did movies like Bobby and The Way. Generally, he stays out of trouble and the tabloids unlike his more famous younger brother. -- Submitted By: (kingbk) on October 7, 2011, 7:11 pm - (2 votes)

I didn't watch when Sheen was on and I will not watch it with Kelso either. I've never found it appealing. I have wondered, what the hell happened to Emilio Estevez? -- Submitted By: (Jp) on October 7, 2011, 4:43 pm - (-1 votes)
