I've long suspected that Shanequia wasn't actually a black woman at all, and just used the whole posting in ebonics thing as a gimmick to get noticed. And it sure did work. But the sudden disappearance thing is quite strange. Hmmm...maybe there should be a Shanequia topic here. -- Submitted By: (DolFan316) on August 8, 2015, 9:58 am - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
Very good point about shanequia, hbrennan..but I don't see anynegative comk, ments, maybe they were removed, I suspect that on May 17, 2010, she was murdered as she stops osting there... -- Submitted By: (PokeyJHorse) on August 7, 2015, 1:31 am - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
Shanequia's stuff is quite humorous. You should check out her profile. A lot of her comments actually made me laugh out loud (and that's a hard thing to do). But you shouldn't give her a negative vote (or look down on her) just because she speaks in a more simplistic African-American dialect. This type of speaking is the direct result of slavery in the U.S. If you look past the dialect, you will see how funny her comments really are. -- Submitted By: (hbrennan) on June 20, 2012, 12:13 am - (-2 votes) - Login to Vote
No Holiday Season is complete without seeing this Special, as well as the other Rankin-Bass Holiday Specials. Ditto for A CHARLIE BROWN CHRISTMAS. Cant watch them when they're scheduled? DVDs are Cheap and Plentiful! -- Submitted By: (Regulus) on May 31, 2012, 7:24 pm - (1 votes) - Login to Vote

It's my 3rd fave Christmas special of all time and I REALLY liked the idea of a dissed outcast (Rudclph) trying hard to fit in but even getting dumped on by his 'rents- until his very impediment proved to save the day! Rankin Bass REALLY did the song justice! -- Submitted By: (Pelirojo) on December 10, 2009, 9:32 am - (3 votes) - Login to Vote
This show is timeless. Haven't missed it once in my entire life. Especially love Yukon Cornelius and his question for GOLD and the little nerdy elf who wants to be a dentist. Has me cracking up laughing every time I see it. -- Submitted By: (Stephanie) on December 9, 2009, 2:43 pm - (2 votes) - Login to Vote
Great show. This and Frosty were great (I'm only referring to the Rankin/Bass Christmas specials here)! -- Submitted By: (SVN) on April 24, 2009, 9:11 pm - (2 votes) - Login to Vote
