They should have left the Land Before Time series well enough alone after the first one. I might give the second one a chance, but after that...fuhgeddaboudit. -- Submitted By: (BigAl) on August 13, 2010, 11:58 pm - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
If you want worse, there is TV show on the Land Before Time. The emotion of the first (I still get misty-eyed thinking of Little Foot's mom speaking to Little Foot in spirit through the water) is officially sullied for good. -- Submitted By: (johnnydough) on May 4, 2010, 6:57 pm - (1 votes) - Login to Vote
In the first LBT movie, Littlefoot, Cera and the others were dinosaurs first and character second; meaning that while they did speak, they still had animal instincts and had to fight for survival in a bleak prehistoric world. In the sequels, they are human children in dinosaur bodies. They go to school, they call the adult dinosaurs Mr. and Mrs. And the singing! Please, stop the singing! -- Submitted By: (SilverFang) on October 2, 2009, 7:30 am - (2 votes) - Login to Vote
So far, there are 13 sequels, with number 14 on the way. They should have stopped at the first one. Number 2 was OK, but they kept making more. And more. And more! And what's worse, they now have the dinosaurs SINGING! So many ridiculous sequels. There oughta be a law against it. -- Submitted By: (Robert) on May 1, 2009, 12:00 pm - (2 votes) - Login to Vote
LOL I so agree! How many of these have been made, anyway? -- Submitted By: (SVN) on April 30, 2009, 4:40 pm - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
The first movie was a good kid's movie. It is one of Don Bluth's finest works. However, while one sequel may have been tolerable, this one has had too many (think Friday the 13th). Please put it out of its misery! -- Submitted By: (MCS) on April 29, 2009, 10:32 pm - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
