Kiss - Music Groups
I only like a song or two from them, but never been that big into them. I don't know why they were huge other than whoring their image out to the merchandising machine. In fact, that's probably what they're known for at all anymore and how overplayed "Rock 'N Roll All Night" is. One hit-wonder band and all show. -- Submitted By: () on April 29, 2015, 6:10 pm

Beast Machines - TV Shows
I think you're awfully wrong on this being the show that killed the classic transformers. I think this show was derailing what momentum the transformers shows had going. G1 ended up hurting itself around Season 3 and was cut off by Season 4 before it had any chance to redeem itself. Beast Machines was a very poor followup to what was an awesome show in Beast Wars before it. The fact that a lot of potential was wasted to have a great sequel was wasted. Key characters were altered in very horrendous ways. Rattrap looked like a damn stoner, Arachnia looked like a tramp, Optimus Primal looked like he was high on something all the time and Megatron being this totalitarian asshole instead of a menacing leader. -- Submitted By: () on April 28, 2015, 9:54 pm

World War II - Random Topics
Yeah, but my point is, is that you're trying to make generations of the future feel too hard in a period of time in which they've had NO involvement in. At best, we can only be like "aw, damn, that sucks." It's like, no, we can't remember Pearl Harbor because we weren't there! No, we can't remember the Holocaust because we weren't there! The imagination of what everybody had to go through back then is not as empowering as the actual memories of going through it. I mean, think of it this way. A lot of people on the internet has crafted Hitler into a fucking meme, an internet statue for controversy and being made a complete joke. Instead of being treated like a man where he's to be the symbol of who not to be like. So, I'm predicting that once all the key figures (most of them are gone anyways), all the survivors and all the vets. Once they're gone, I'm sorry but eventually in the midst of time, WWII will slowly be just a bedtime story. Now for the people idiotic enough to say that WWII and the Holocaust didn't happen, are the complete ignorant and disrespectful. Someone should buy them tickets to fly to Auschwitz and then try to say that nothing happened. -- Submitted By: () on April 28, 2015, 9:41 pm

Comcast - Random Topics
How this corporation manages to stay a float and continually treat their customers like imbeciles is absolutely astounding. This is why monopolizing should be illegal, because we need alternatives to go to, so that we don't have to tolerate being forced to sign up for such horrible services like Comcast. -- Submitted By: () on April 27, 2015, 10:26 pm

Hey asshole, I understand why the hell it had an impact. Learn to read, shallow-minded fool. You're coming off as an ignorant person who hasn't read a damn word I said. It's apparent WWII's effectiveness for U.S.A has been dimmed a bit thanks to 9/11, because we've lost that mentality prior to that event. So, almost everything was lost and soon we aren't going to have any holocaust survivors or WWII vets to help us remember. -- Submitted By: () on April 24, 2015, 8:13 am

Vikings - TV Shows
Everyone knows Ragnar isn't dead except his brother, best friend, and former wife. Total attempt to manipulate the viewer that fails badly. -- Submitted By: () on April 23, 2015, 10:09 pm

Full House - TV Shows
I'm pretty sure if one of the family members committed a crime, that once they got out of prison. They'd have to have a sit down on some bed or couch with the sappy music playing. "Now, Stephanie, it's not a good idea to sell drugs on the street corner. You don't know what you could get yourself into." Followed by a hug and some "Awwwww!!" from the fake audience. -- Submitted By: () on April 23, 2015, 10:02 pm

Saw - Movie Series
I disagree with the reason of Saw III "Became too much like Hostel." Saw came before Hostel did. More like, Hostel was trying to be like Saw in every way. -- Submitted By: () on April 21, 2015, 8:24 am

DolFan is amazing, he hates TV shows he has never seen and derides states to which he has never been! I'm sure glad he keeps an open mind! -- Submitted By: () on April 20, 2015, 2:01 pm

Osbournes, The - TV Shows
This was a very very awkward period for the Prince of Darkness. After this, I don't think I could take him seriously for his reputation in music anymore. I think this is what happens when sobered Ozzy goes a little off the deep end. -- Submitted By: () on April 18, 2015, 3:42 pm

Clarissa Explains It All - TV Shows
I always felt like a perv when this show came on because Melissa Joan Hart was so hot but she was also underage. -- Submitted By: () on April 13, 2015, 6:52 pm

Taxes - Random Topics
I'm proud to not have to pay taxes, least not yet. If our tax dollars was worth it, we would have seen some improvements by now, but we haven't. Governments spend tax dollars aimlessly and their favorite spots to waste those tax dollars are military and probably corporate funding. Why should we even trust them anymore? They SPEND more than they GAIN, that says a lot right there. Bunch of irresponsible fuckwits. A tax I'm specifically irritated by is the soda tax. They claim it's to "fight obesity". Well, it's doing a shitty job at it. First off, did taxes stop smokers from buying dozens of cigarette packs? No. It has kinda slowed it down, but they're still there. What makes you honestly think taxing soda is gonna slow down obese people? How about encourage the obese people that the option to lose weight is there and tell them infront of their fat faces. That the reason they're obese is because of their lack of self-control. Don't make the rest of the people suffer unnecessary taxes because people can't control how they eat! -- Submitted By: () on April 8, 2015, 7:00 am

You got to admit though, that Kaylie chick was pretty hot in the show. If there was anything worth watching. -- Submitted By: () on April 8, 2015, 6:27 am

Public Libraries - Random Topics
My library is nice enough to have wi-fi so that if you had a laptop, you weren't bogged down with the sign-up process. That point, you could have as much net time as you need until the library closes. I'm torn with the whole DVD or even VHS (depending on your local library, I know mine has them.) Because in one hand, I believe we should have DVDs or any media that focused on documentaries, biographies, autobiographies and anything else shouldn't be bothered with. Another hand says, DVD is a DVD, if you need some form of entertainment. I'm also torn on the net issue, actually, I'm not. The net, especially in a public library, should be for informational purposes. Get your broke ass up, find a job and get your own internet for other uses. I have a personal role with my library now, I see how many pornographic bookmarks I can find on a computer before deleting them. Kinda ridiculous how many you could find, in addition to people not smart enough to log out of their facebook accounts too. -- Submitted By: () on April 2, 2015, 9:08 am

PSP - Random Topics
I never understood they they bothered trying to force the idea of playing movies and music on it. It's made to play games and that's all it should do. It's too unattractive to be a movie player and definitely not an attractable player for music. There are already better alternatives to those, but Sony bothered releasing movies for the UMD format just as an excuse to buy the PSP for. -- Submitted By: () on April 2, 2015, 8:55 am

Tool - Music Groups
I'm rather a tad worried about when and if the 5th Tool album will ever come to light. Will they be as technical, complex, trippy, thought provoking and heavy as they were times before? They're about all in their 50s by now, including Maynard. If Maynard even loses an ounce of his vocal capabilities more than once or in fact, any of the members losing their stride in this album, then it'd be over. I don't expect another Aenima hit, but, more material from Tool is a must. -- Submitted By: () on April 2, 2015, 8:42 am

NickelBack - Music Groups
To a point, I don't mind this band overall. But, their vanilla-like atmosphere is nothing to be impressed about. It's like they're a condom for music. You think "Photograph" is bad, try listening to "S.E.X", it's like a song for 40-year old virgins. -- Submitted By: () on April 2, 2015, 8:34 am
