EarthBound - Random Topics
There is absolutely nothing wrong with Earthbound. It's just irritating that it's the only game of it's series that's been released in North America. And it's a sequel, a damn good sequel no less. But, still. It would have been nice if we had it's predecessor, Mother 1, for the NES and later on, Mother 3, for the GBA to go along with it.
Yet Nintendo just stubbornly never released those other games so we're forced to play the other ones illegally if we choose to do so. -- Submitted By: (Toasticus) on March 10, 2013, 5:30 pm
Pokemon - TV Shows
I never liked the show. I felt it just rode on the popularity of the games and completely changed one too many things from them. I'm not saying the show should have followed the games closely, I really felt the show could have gone off from the manga version of pokemon. That would have been a lot more interesting, but understandably, the manga is left and right and it does contain some content kids probably wouldn't like to see.
I will say though, that Ash is such a stupid and a garnered lucky trainer. His Pikachu is completely overrated, if I could, I'd stomp that thing with Earthquake in the games to show how pitiful it is. Also, what is wrong with not evolving pokemon for some of the trainers in the show? Oh, because the first staged pokemon looks TOO cute to evolve into something that would appear ugly later on. Psh. -- Submitted By: (Toasticus) on March 5, 2013, 12:11 pm
Mythbusters - TV Shows
I liked it better when it was just Adam and Jamie. I mean, in all honesty, the additional cast members provided little to nothing to the show. They all felt like token characters, you had the asian guy, the white upbeat guy, and the female most eyes are going to be on whenever she's on screen. I will admit that she was pretty hot, but it served more as a distraction than anything.
Then came the back to back explosions. "If we can't solve it or get frustrated, blow it up!" ends up being a last resort. This show still has the means to provide educational viewing, but it has really gone through rough spots. -- Submitted By: (Toasticus) on March 5, 2013, 12:00 pm
Angry Video Game Nerd, The - Websites
I have a feeling if and when he gets the movie out, that he'd end it. I've always enjoyed it when James gets in that mood to review a bad game, he literally rips into the review. Just completely analyzes the game thoroughly, insults it's flaws, and flat out acts out the inner rage we get when playing a bad game or a hard game.
But when he started to be theatric about his later reviews, it really boned the fish for me. His reactions are exaggerated, the cursing has really been played out and is taking it's toll, not that I'm offended by cursing. I just feel as if he has lost touch somehow and is wearing down his character year after year.
Nostalgia Critic knew when his time was up, I'm hoping James knows the same for AVGN. AVGN doesn't have to disappear completely forever. Just needs a break. -- Submitted By: (Toasticus) on December 1, 2012, 12:36 am

This stuff used to be funny. But now that I'm seeing it everywhere and from everyone I know. I'd be lucky to even chuckle at some. Some of the captions are just downright either stupid or too cheesy to laugh at. -- Submitted By: (Toasticus) on December 1, 2012, 12:24 am
Pawn Stars - TV Shows
I don't care if people try desperately to point out that this show is fake. It's a good show, plus knowing that the workers, the location, the building and business itself is real. That's enough for me to not care about the little flaws, usually I'm tired of shows where EVERYTHING is fake. -- Submitted By: (Toasticus) on January 24, 2012, 4:45 pm
