A great tool for creators big and small, who cares if they want $900000 dollars for Pitfall 3? The people can decide if they want it. -- Submitted By: (Chubby Rain) on September 13, 2012, 8:50 pm

Archie Comics - Random Topics
Let me second my comment from 2009- hated Archie as a kid, and it seems to be a "message" comic now- whatever is in the news ends up in Archie- "Hey Obama is in Riverdale, lets have him talk to the new Gay kid that hangs with Jughead about equality"- No thanks. I'll just read "Gantz" - (A hyper violent Japanese Manga with no morals, values or current events news programming)- in fact, if you hate Archie, read Gantz, it's the polar opposite. -- Submitted By: (Chubby Rain) on August 12, 2012, 8:56 am

Dragon's Lair Games - Random Topics
I was absolutely fascinated with these as a kid - and like Parker had too many quarters sucked into them in the early 80's then in the 90's I found a sequel DL2- at a mall in Erie, PA- and was like wtf, how did I never hear of this? To quote someone who coined it for the 1984 film adaptation of Dune- these three games- DL 1,2 and SPace Ace were all magnificent failures. Flawed - yes, very cool and unique in an era on limited technology- yes, and fun to actually see Disney style and quality animation on slightly more adult material- fights deaths, sexy girls in cheesecake situations made for a teen guy audience! I'm going to bone it for all my lost quarters, but unbone it for the fact that they were just- well, cool. And now you can enjoy them on PC, Dvd or Blu. -- Submitted By: (Chubby Rain) on August 12, 2012, 8:51 am

Shield, The - TV Shows
So now you are "betting" that reactions to people you don't know match up to your opinion of a commercial for a show you didnt watch, and know very little about except for a soundbite, other people telling you about it and or commercial/promo material. I know it hurts to look foolish and be wrong about one of the greatest tv shows of all time, But keep on trying to spin this one. "Well if it is stupid, then I'm right, but I wont watch it, but I'll comment on what I think of it anyway, and someone told me it wasnt a good show, but I never saw it". But if someone buys the Shield on dvd, they are a "sucker" because you heard it was no good. Well, you can't argue with that, and Parker- the mods let people embarrass themselves on here all the time, it doesnt mean your opinion has merit that it got approved- Parker Tillman-Boned. -- Submitted By: (Chubby Rain) on July 1, 2012, 2:33 pm

Shield, The - TV Shows
So you know that the audience you have never met felt bad for characters (you felt) were anti-heroes on a show you have never seen. Watch all 7 seasons and get back to me about this show, your opinion is baseless. -- Submitted By: (Chubby Rain) on June 28, 2012, 10:51 pm

Shield, The - TV Shows
Parker- so you are going to bash the Shield, as not a true picture of what bad cops are like- and then say you never watched the show? It's probably one of the greatest TV shows of all time, and there was no "winner" at the end, the "Team" all definitely got what they had coming to them. The main characters were criminals, that happened to be cops. Try giving it a watch sometime, and discover TV writing at a high level. Never boned. -- Submitted By: (Chubby Rain) on June 27, 2012, 5:26 am

Metallica - Music Groups
(m)etallica (small "m" is intentional) is the only music band I truly despise. There are many music acts Chubby don't like (Bieber, Any Country)- but for the most part (take Bieber for example) dude is lame bubblegum pop, and stayed... bubblegum pop. (m)etallica is deceptive, and left metal years ago, if they were even a real metal band to begin with. Now they use their ill-gotten metal wealth to force their way back into the scene- and continue to embarrass themselves. At this point, they have about 8 good years and over 20 lame years, were the 8 good years a hoax to hide the ultra lame that is (m)etallica? Really makes you wonder. I cant wait for them to force themselves back on Sirius XM's metal channel so they can be publically stoned by the metal community and the DJ's are stuck defending it as "they paid management for this, we didn't decide to play 24/7 (m)etallica for 3 weeks!" Was there ever a band that was so much fun, and was so easy to hate? Boned. -- Submitted By: (Chubby Rain) on June 7, 2012, 11:21 pm

Metallica - Music Groups
Again, it's just so bizarre that they even have fans left- what other metal band has to be constantly "defended" by themselves and their fanbase? I don't see Lamb of God, Slayer and Meshuggah having to tell people they didn't sell out. The work just speaks for itself. I wonder now if the early Metallica were just a complete act for the real "lame" soft core band to come out. And has anyone heard their new duos with Lou Reed? Wow. -- Submitted By: (Chubby Rain) on June 6, 2012, 5:21 am

As a note to the two virulently angry posters bashing the site for cleaning up ridiculous vote totals, don't get your panties in a bunch, it's about the 3rd time we've cleaned up votes that were askew based on amount of traffic, comments etc. When you take this website that seriously, you've boned. -- Submitted By: (Chubby Rain) on May 29, 2012, 9:22 pm

Hellraiser - Movie Series
Just watched Hellraiser 2 this week- very solid sequel EXCEPT- when the Cenobites "turn good" when they see a picture of Pinhead as a human, then proceed to die in the worst fight ever- they just stand there and get killed while doing nothing- by the new Cenobite "Dr. Channard". Seeing the four of them just go out so fast with no fight, really took alot out of the rich coolness and powerful evil of those awesome villains. Boned. -- Submitted By: (Chubby Rain) on May 24, 2012, 4:18 pm

Ain't It Cool News - Websites
The talkbacks are the best part of the site now that it is more of a fame whore vehicle for Harry Knowles, especially with his horrible "web show" that premiered earlier this year, and less breaking news on movies- all that said the comic book and animation columns are great. It's probably boned on some aspects of the site, but there are some great parts still in the failing whole. -- Submitted By: (Chubby Rain) on April 23, 2012, 11:24 am
