Monkees, The - Music Groups
The Site's loyal fans of the Monkees have been voting on this every day over and over. However, they havent spammed us or hacked the site, there fore it is legal for the votes. We did change the vote timer to wait 5 minutes not ten seconds to stop a vote run up like this, however we're going to let it stand as is. The vote #'s arent so high that it isnt possible to reach (i.e. 10 million votes) and the other vote getters can use this as a milestone to cross. So I hope that sums it up. -- Submitted By: (Chubby Rain) on May 29, 2009, 5:14 am
James Bond - Movie Series
Hye in defense of the "Remake" of Casino Royale- this was done as a comedy by Woody Allen, as sort of an Austin Powers like send up (before Austin Powers) in the 60's or 70's) only recently had the rights become available to do this film as a real BOND film. So lets cut a little bit of slack to the franchise over this "Remake in Name Only" -- Submitted By: (Chubby Rain) on May 28, 2009, 6:45 am
National Basketball Association (NBA) - Random Topics
I used to laugh at the NBA consiracy nuts, then I realized I'm one of them- are there any upsets in this sham of a league these days? What a boring league, and with a salary cap no less, I should re-evaluate my stance on baseball, at lease there are some surprises and upsets in the post season- what a snooooozer this league has become. Lakers, Cavs, Kobe, LeBron, we know the league "wills" you to win- boooooring. I'll have some flounder and halibut at the end of the first quarter.... -- Submitted By: (Chubby Rain) on May 26, 2009, 6:08 pm
Two and a Half Men - TV Shows
I had the misfortune of watching this trainwreck last night- what a horrible cliched show- what was once a funny irreverant comedy is now just dumb jokes that are more and more outlandish like the Simpsons have done in recent years. What a flaming pile of slaw and hush puppies this show has become. -- Submitted By: (Chubby Rain) on May 26, 2009, 6:05 pm
Ice Cube - Celebrities
From "The Most Dangerous Nigga in Amerikkka" to lousy family friendly comedies? What a complete sellout. Go make a another kids movie with someone like Queen Latifa and stop "acting hard". Eazy-E was right you are a straight up Bitch Ice Cube! Can I have some frozen water with my cold helping of Salmon and Fries? -- Submitted By: (Chubby Rain) on May 26, 2009, 6:04 pm
DVDs - Random Topics
DVD's are great, Im never going to upgrade, they are good enough and priced affordably, and I have almost all of the titles I want on them. I laugh at Blu Ray ads where they show these newer crap fests like Ghost Rider and Van Helsing, where they tell you- NOW SEE IT IN UN PRECEDENTED DETAIL. Guess what, Blu Ray doesnt write good scripts or direct good movies. Ill watch my DVD's of Animal House and Goodfellas any day of the week before I spend a cent to upgrade them for more "clarity". -- Submitted By: (Chubby Rain) on May 26, 2009, 3:35 am

Jon Hein - Celebrities
Kitchen I listen to HS on Sirius about ever day, and I have NEVER heard this brought up. Although about 8 months ago they had a long talk about the sale and how the site was being left the same. This was a conversation between Howard and Jon Hein, to which Howard said something like it was good they were not messing with a proven success. Im sure Jon Hein has been flooded with emails and messages about this, but Im sure TV Guide sent some hush money or has him promised to never bring it up. Jon Hein is the true definition of "Boning the Fish" via his sellout and cowardly inaction on the topic. Also, I love the "Scottish Play" stuff, that's great. -- Submitted By: (Chubby Rain) on May 25, 2009, 6:23 am
Jon Hein - Celebrities
What a fish smelling ellout- he created JUMP THE SHARK, then when it jumps the shark- nary a metion of it ever on the Howard Stern show to show how bad they sold out his vision. Jon sold out and BONED THE FISH HARD when he never said a damn thing about his once great creation being made into a trashy tabloid blog. Shame on you Jon Hein, the money made you a coward when you have a media rebel and hero like Howard Stern to back it up. Also "scottish site" Where is that reference coming from, please fill me in.... and pass an extra helping of SLAW to sellout coward Jon Hein. -- Submitted By: (Chubby Rain) on May 24, 2009, 8:22 pm

IMDB - Websites
Im sure there are some innacuracies on IMDB but for the most part I appreciate being able to look up cast lists, actors and directors to see other works they are in, love the fan reviews and the discussion boards. HOWEVER, thre is something odd about that page, in 2007 when SYFY raped the classic Flash Gordon Franchise several of us who were ig FG fans went on to rip the show. Out of nowhere a group of angry show defenders showed up who "loved the show" despite having no fan presence on the web. Then the show got cancelled- all the "fans disappeared", then we ripped the show for a few more months, then the DVD was releaseed and all of our bad commentrs were deleted retroactively and a dozen new fans talking up the DVD showed up out of nowhere, and for 10 days all of our posts were delted, despite the content. After 10 days the second set of new fans went away and we could post again. Shady internet marketing at it's worsst and IMDB was helping with the censorship- for that, they bone. -- Submitted By: (Chubby Rain) on May 23, 2009, 4:52 am

Kirk Cameron - Celebrities
I hate to quote wikipedia on here, but this was too much to pass up- what an incredible BONE THE FISH MOMENT!!!..........
Cameron has stated he was once an atheist, but around age 17 or 18, during the height of his career on Growing Pains, he developed a belief in God, and became a Christian. After converting to Christianity, he began to insist that story lines be stripped of anything he thought too adult or racy in Growing Pains. Cameron grew distant from his castmates. He did not invite his castmates to his wedding, nor did he attend the weddings of Alan Thicke, Joanna Kerns and Tracey Gold, which took place in the mid-90s. He contends that he was not invited to Thicke's or Gold's, though Thicke insists that Cameron was invited. Gold stated that she did not invite him because she knew he would not come" -- Submitted By: (Chubby Rain) on May 21, 2009, 5:40 am
Kirk Cameron - Celebrities
Truly an annoying celbrity- remember when this guy was like a cool teen star in the 80's? Now he is a preachy Christian "Entertainer"- no wonder your career suffered- we want you to ENTERTAIN, not your politics or preaching hollywood!! Sheesh. One helping of Trout with Slaw coming up for this Bone! -- Submitted By: (Chubby Rain) on May 21, 2009, 5:36 am
Left Behind - Movie Series
Ah the new Creepy Kirk Cameron. This guy reminds me of the Rev. Jim Jones these days. If he is going to Heaven, I think I'd rather be "Left Behind" so I dont have to listen to him preaching at me. Boned- Day One.... pass the slaw and vinegar please.... -- Submitted By: (Chubby Rain) on May 21, 2009, 5:24 am
Toy Story - Movie Series
It's the grand-daddy of all of the CGI cartoons, and when you get down to it, TOY STORY is still the best of the lot. Most of the CGI kids cartoons are just garbage, but these two films (and soon to be a third) are heads and tails above the rest. Even the original from 1995 is better than most animated movies made years later. Thanks Buzz, Woody and Pixar- these are true classics, not a whiff of fish around these parts!.........
