Man vs. Food - TV Shows
This show was great, until Adam Richman had other people do the challenges for him. Something tells me that a doctor told Adam that he shouldn't do the challenges anymore they would take years off his life. -- Submitted By: (bjohn345) on May 14, 2013, 4:10 pm
Dallas (2012 TV Series) - TV Shows
I loved this show so far. The only issue I had with it from season one is the new generation. Every now and then I would watch the show and catch myself saying I don't care about John Ross, Christopher or Elena. Where's JR, Sue Ellen and Bobby? They corrected that a lot in the second season, and had me more invested with their story lines.
But still some of the best scenes are when you see the characters of the old Dallas universe make cameos like Cliff Barnes, Lucy,Ray Krebbs, Gary and Valene Ewing and Afton Cooper. And even the writers and producers acknowledge this.
And I know what a lot of Dallas fans still wonder. Where's Pam? Is she alive or dead? Where has she been? -- Submitted By: (bjohn345) on May 14, 2013, 3:59 pm
Big Bad Beetleborgs - TV Shows
I liked the show. It was a little more cutsy and kid-ish but that's OK. The only problem I had with the show was there was always a chase scene with the house monsters. The Borgs without their armor would come to the house and the monsters would chase them. Happend every show.I always thought to myself...WHY? Turn into the Borgs and show them who's boss. -- Submitted By: (bjohn345) on May 4, 2012, 8:32 pm
Major League Soccer (MLS) - Random Topics
What I don't get about Major League Soccer is it's name. It's not a major soccer league. From what I hear from die hard soccer fans 95 percent of the other leagues in Europe and 40 percent in South America have better players and play then the MLS. The MLS is a D level soccer league. D level is major league? -- Submitted By: (bjohn345) on June 25, 2011, 9:35 am
Ellen (TV series) - TV Shows
I remember this show had Bruce Campbell on and was teasing him as a regular. The problem was they did NOTHING with him. They had one of the best cult character actors in the last 30 years and you do nothing with him? Really? -- Submitted By: (bjohn345) on June 14, 2011, 8:47 pm
Smallville - TV Shows
Just like any TV show that starts in high school, after they graduate high school everything stops being the same. They get rid of the family dynamic of the show to have more "Adult" storylines. Problem is they normally stink.
Once they finished high school the show went downhill. -- Submitted By: (bjohn345) on June 12, 2011, 10:42 am
American Chopper - TV Shows
There are too many crossover shows/bikes with other Discovery or TLC shows. First it was Jon and Kate Plus 8, then this season it's Big Guns and Deadliest Catch. What's next The Little Couple? -- Submitted By: (bjohn345) on June 12, 2011, 10:15 am
Supernatural - TV Shows
I think TV Without Pity said it best, "Remember when this show was about two attractive brothers fighting off demons from urban legends? The producers sure don't." -- Submitted By: (bjohn345) on May 31, 2011, 10:00 pm
ProStars - TV Shows
I liked the show when I was a kid. But, once the show aired Bo was already injured and his football playing career was over. The show needed a football player. I would have loved to see Dan Marino or John Elway or Barry Sanders with Mike, Bo and Wayne. -- Submitted By: (bjohn345) on May 28, 2010, 5:32 pm
Boston Legal - TV Shows
Even though the show was a little too preachy and left leaning, Boston Legal was a great show. But it had one of the worst endings in TV. Alan and Denny get married even though they are two straight males. And Denny looses his law form that he helped build since the 1960s. Not a really sad ending, or even a happy one. Just an bad ending to a good show. -- Submitted By: (bjohn345) on May 15, 2010, 9:11 am
Life On Mars (U.S. version) - TV Shows
I loved this show. Great cast great stories and didnt stray too much from the spirit that made the English version so popular. But the show boned when it had the worst ending in TV history. It was reveled that Sam Tyler wasnt a cop from 2008 or 1973. He wasnt dead or in purgatory. He was an astronaut from 20 years into the future in a mission to Mars and Gene Hunt was his dad. And the whole show was his computerized sleep hallucination. WTF???? -- Submitted By: (bjohn345) on May 14, 2010, 9:21 pm
