Cleveland Show, The - TV Shows
I think this show is actually better than FG and AD. I find it to be more tame and able to watch, though none of these shows are all that funny. -- Submitted By: (octogirlpretty) on October 20, 2010, 10:51 pm

Martin Lawrence - Celebrities
The last movie I liked from him was THE FIRST Big Mama's House. Can't think of another film he's put out since that was any good. -- Submitted By: (octogirlpretty) on October 19, 2010, 12:00 pm

Mario Lopez - Celebrities
I actually met this guy at a convention and he is such a vain man. It was a very odd and unpleasant encounter. Never liked him on SBTB either. -- Submitted By: (octogirlpretty) on October 19, 2010, 11:39 am

Salute Your Shorts - TV Shows
@VeritechRyan: I totally agree with you! I was at a friends house the other day and she was watching iCarly (a grown woman watching that...pshh) and I was offended by the garbage they have today! Salute You Shorts was, though dated, a great show that was actually FUNNY. I could probably watch it today and still laugh. -- Submitted By: (octogirlpretty) on October 19, 2010, 11:36 am

Lil Wayne - Music Groups
No matter how much I hate to say it, Weazy is a great entertainer. Going out of his element and releasing a rock album was a risky move, but it just shows how he is truely growing as an artist. Gotta give this guy his props. -- Submitted By: (octogirlpretty) on October 19, 2010, 1:01 am

Queer as Folk (US Version) - TV Shows
My favorite show of all time. Was too young when the show started in '00, but when I turned 13 (in '05 - just as the series ended) I bought season one at FYI and fell in love immediately. Though the end of the series is a bit of a let down and maybe even a little confusing (leaving many questions unanswered), the overall nastalgia that I have for it, and the great performances and beatiful moments, live forever in Showtime history. What a great, great show. -- Submitted By: (octogirlpretty) on October 18, 2010, 11:41 pm

Queer Duck - TV Shows
I loved Queer Duck!! All the main characters had names that would reference their respective gay subculture sects. Can quote episodes of this to this day! "Fiddler on the Roofie" has to be my favorite episode...so damn funny! -- Submitted By: (octogirlpretty) on October 18, 2010, 11:33 pm

Leah Remini - Celebrities
I liked her on KoQ. I thought she was funny and somewhat real (though I see what you mean). IRL though, she seems to be like Carey in the way that she is a bit of a shrew. I don't like what I see of the real Car- I mean, Leah Remini. -- Submitted By: (octogirlpretty) on October 18, 2010, 11:18 pm

Assy McGee - TV Shows
Sounds like it could be funny, but after the initial shock of a walking, talking, gun slinging ass...what else is there? It was a lame, gimicky, run of the mill animation for adults on Adult Swim which, like many of it's predecessors, came and left quicker than you could wipe your Assy Mcgee. -- Submitted By: (octogirlpretty) on October 18, 2010, 11:01 pm

Beck - Music Groups
@Pelirojo: That is 100% true, but Beck is not a practicing $cientologist. His only relation to it is him being born into it. That is like saying that you don't like a kid because he has rude parents. Will the kid nessisarily be rude, too? -- Submitted By: (octogirlpretty) on October 18, 2010, 10:49 pm

Matisyahu - Music Groups
Love this guy. Smooth beats and great lyrics. Nice to have Contemporary music for Jews (though it's great music for everyone). Just something you can put on and chill out to. -- Submitted By: (octogirlpretty) on October 18, 2010, 6:13 pm

Noah's Arc - TV Shows
I liked this show, but the LONG hiatus without explanation was confusing. LOGO would syndicate the hell out of the seasons that were shown which just built more of a fan base, and more confused people. I enjoyed "Jumping the Broom" though...good movie to tie off the loose ends. -- Submitted By: (octogirlpretty) on October 18, 2010, 6:07 pm

Antony and the Johnsons - Music Groups
A great band with a unique sound. They haven't jumped th- I mean, boned the fish yet, and I have a strong feeling they never will. -- Submitted By: (octogirlpretty) on October 18, 2010, 6:03 pm

Oblongs, The - TV Shows
A great show. I used to watch it on Adult Swim years after it ended and just ran in syndication. Wish I knew about it sooner. -- Submitted By: (octogirlpretty) on October 18, 2010, 4:34 pm

Furby - Random Topics
I loved Furby as a kid. Hard to get, but super cute. Then they tried to duplicate it's success with the Shelby, which was also very cute, but the fad had passed by then. Furby was a positive moment in my childhood. -- Submitted By: (octogirlpretty) on October 18, 2010, 4:31 pm

2 Stupid Dogs - TV Shows
Fun, uneducational, and part of the era that was good cartoons. They just don't make 'em like they used to. -- Submitted By: (octogirlpretty) on October 18, 2010, 4:26 pm

X-Men - Movie Series
@Mythigator: I know about this because I had researched it after not seeing Nightcrawler in X3, and I understand and I suppose it would not have made it better to recast, but that doesn't mean that killing him off in a video game made much sense, imo. The whole thing just left a sour taste in my mouth. :P -- Submitted By: (octogirlpretty) on October 18, 2010, 4:22 pm

Rufus Wainwright - Music Groups
I love Rufus Wainwright. He may come off as pretentious, but I've met him irl and he was very kind and put on a great show. Have everything this guy but out and likely will continue to for the rest of my life. A great, under rated, talent. -- Submitted By: (octogirlpretty) on October 18, 2010, 4:15 pm

Beck - Music Groups
The difference between Beck and these other $cientology-humping celebs? Beck was BORN into it. I don't blame him, nor did I stop buying his albums. -- Submitted By: (octogirlpretty) on October 18, 2010, 4:10 pm

Gene Simmons - Celebrities
His "Family Jewels" show was terrible amd most obviously scripted. His son steals art and he himself is a conning buisness man. Yikes. -- Submitted By: (octogirlpretty) on October 18, 2010, 4:00 pm
